Some of the best things in life are predictable, constant; things that will forever be awesome. San Francisco/L.A.'s Donuts is one such assuring entity that we can't imagine ever fading away. The promoters and planners have booked everyone from James Murphy to Lindstrøm to Cluster, and now they're reincarnating in NYC as Galaxie (while, of course, maintaining the West Coast operations as usual).
The new all-night monthly rager commences on May 31, and, since it is in NYC after all, goes until the wee hour of 3 AM. Soft Circle is headlining with the incredible Justin Miller, Jacques Renault, and Lovefingers hopping on the 1s and 2s beforehand to get the party going. The cover's a mere $5, so it's really worth your while to swing by and dance the night away. What else are you doing on Sunday, anyway? And since free vegan "SpaceCakes" will be floating around the joint, you can see the Galaxie premiere as a free meal on top of being the best club night you'll be attending for quite some time to come.
