Bot'Ox "Babylon By Car" Remixes

Text: Nik Mercer

Cosmo Vitelli has been banging out stellar sets and memorable kraut-/disco-infused club tracks under his own name for years, and now that he's successfully established his independent record label, I'm A Cliché, and live band, Bot'Ox, things will only get better for the Parisian.

Bot'Ox first slid under our radar when the two-piece was picked up by D.F.A.'s Death From Abroad imprint label, and a recent triumphant tour across the U.S. only made him more of a substantial artist in the electronic world. Now, Bot'Ox is back with a slew of remixes for the forthcoming "Babylon By Car" remix 12", out on I'm A Cliché on June 9. Be sure to buy the thing when it's available, but for now, just jam to two of the three tunes in our media player to the right or download them all below for your extended listening pleasure. No remix will ever hold up to Bot'Ox's original "Babylon By Car," but these are all nice attempts.

Also be sure to check out Anthem No. 34's "Future Sound" article; Bot'Ox was featured as one of our thirty artists to watch this year!
