Next time you’re in Williamsburg, skip the hipster parade of Bedford Avenue and head to nearby Grand Street, which is shaping up to be the next destination for style and nightlife. The latest addition is Franny & Roey, a men’s and women’s vintage clothing shop that also sells books, records and accessories. (Beginning in November, one of the proprieters will also be selling her original, “vintage-inspired” women’s line out of the store.) While they’ve just opened, the spot has been attracting buzz from all the right places—not in the least because of their charmingly cozy “bedroom” design motif.
