From David Mancuso's loft where she first began honing her DJ skills with the legend himself to recording studios in London in which she works with Gary Lucas (Captain Beefheart) as Wild Rumpus and other material on her own label Bitches Brew Music, Colleen “Cosmo” Murphy seems to have seen and done it all. While she used to spin international clubs with much more frequency in the days of non-motherhood, she recently did find some time (her daughter's school vacation!) to hop back across the pond to reconnect with family, friends, and disc-jockey partners in crime like Mancuso and François K.
