Ingredients:

— 2/3 lbs. salted or gravad salmon (Loix)

— 1-2 yellow onions
butter

— 1.8 lbs. boild cold potatoes

— 1/4 cup chopped dill

— 4 eggs

— 2 cups milk

— 1/2 teaspoons salt

— 1 krm white peppers

Cooking Instructions:

— Pre-heat the oven to 440 degrees Fahrenheit.

— Chop and fry the onions until soft.

— Butter a pan and layer onions, dill, salmon and potatoes.

— Mix eggs and milk and pour over the layered onions, dill, salmon, and potatoes.

— Bake in the oven at 440 Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
